The existing concrete outhouses which were contaminated with asbestos have now been demolished and disposed off site. Behind is the contractors site compound. Basement excavation work well underway. The excavated spoil will be used to increase the levels of nursery whilst reducing the amount of spoil disposed off site. Due to the high water table a dewatering system is required in order that the large pit can be drained whilst excavation takes place, this also ensures the sides of the excavation stay intact.
